Best mirror product I have ever seen for a bike, and the FIRST one giving me confidence to cross lanes of traffic without turning my head to confirm. Mounted on the left side of my sunglasses only inches from my left eye, I get a VERY large, steady field of view. Don't worry about focus, as your eyes stay set to "distance" because you are looking at the cars/bikes/pedestrians way behind you, not the actual mirror!

This is by far the best eye glass and/or helmet mount rear view bicycle mirror I've ever had and I've used about a dozen others. Very adjustable for both right and left, eye glass mount or helmet mount. Metal can be bent in certain spots to fit just right (plastic versions cannot be bent.) It is stronger than plastic versions which are more prone to breakage. It also folds completely flat for storage (I don't know of any other such mirrors that can fold completely flat so you can pop them into a pocket)

Have used a rear view mirror in cycling forever as I wanted to always be alert if vehicles or fellow cyclists were coming up behind me. I have just moved over to long distance walking (From cycling) and decided to bring my rear view mirror with me. Now using my former cycling UV protection sunglasses, I just put my Take a look mirror back on them and I can see EVERYTHING BEHIND ME! OK... You may look little DORKY wearing the mirror, but I could care less; as better SAFE than SORRY!
